ABILITY LIMITS
Angel has the ability to control blood, especially her own blood. She can control other people's blood, but often, especially when the owner is alive, the foreign blood disobeys her. Angel has to absorb blood like how a car needs gas to function, if she doesn't get blood she goes into a coma-like state. On the opposite side, the only thing that she needs, other then rest, is blood, meaning she could remain in water until her blood cells start to wither away. It is the same thing as oxygen, although she does need it for her blood she can be without it a tiny bit longer then any normal human. To absorb blood, Angel has to have constant skin-to-skin contact with her victim for a period of around five minutes. It takes a shorter amount of time for her to drain the blood from a cut, which is what she usual does. Angel cannot be around blood without having the desire to take the blood. Her powers have affected her mind, making her much more volatile and destructive then when she was normal, happy, Rebecka Saunders.

[/ul]BIOGRAPHY
Rebecka Walsh was born the only child of Laura and Nick Walsh, two schoolteachers and missionaries. Rebecka had a chaotic childhood in only one retrospect, religion. Rebecka was perfectly fine in any other field of her life, she was a good student in homeschooling, behaved well with her parents, and was sociable. She could never believe Christianity like her mother and father did, so she took some of Buddha's teachings and made them her own. Rebecka tried her best to follow the eightfold path, as well as do other things that good buddhists do, at least in her own opinion. She hated harming anyone, including bugs and animals, so it was easy for her to become a vegan. A few times in her life, Rebecka did fall off the eightfold path, eating beef just to know what it tasted like and all that sort of thing. As her hormones started to go wild when she was 13, she found herself straying more and more off of Buddhism. Rebecka eventually ended her stunt as a buddhist, just calling herself an agnostic.
Her parents, too old now to go out and be missionaries, decided to stay home in their modest home in Berlin, Germany. During Rebecka's teenage years, her life was far more routine. She even went to a public school instead of being taught by her mother. It was during her final years in high school that she met future millionare Joseph Saunders. He was a geek, and her friends discourage her going out with him. However, Rebecka found herself attracted to the man across from her in class, enjoying his multi-cultural viewpoint that was similar to her's. They managed to hold out until college, where they split for a year to explore their new setting. Eventually, though, they came back together and got married senior year. By the time that they had gotten married, Joseph was already raking in a lot of money due to his new software buisness. Rebecka lived in total happiness with her husband, that is, until she found out that she really didn't love him. Sure, she loved his personality and his kindness towards others, but she really was in love with a tree hugger in her group of friends.
Rebecka started to see her friend, who was also homosexual, and they had an affair. It was not long until Joseph found out, and he was outraged. He and his group friends planned to kill her for this, instead of the usual big-time divorce that would have had an effect on the shares of the company. Rebecka was having a normal day the day that she became Angel, arranging some charity events to help the poor, like she always did. It was because of those frequent charity events that she was known as the closest thing to the Angel of Charity amongst her coworkers, or just simply "Angel" or "Charity". The husband came in along with his friends, and started to beat her up. Rebecka was barely able to protect herself against the assault, and was happy when her girlfriend, Anne, came over and somehow rescued her. It was all for naught, though, as Joseph was easily able to find out where she lived. Anne was shot in the head while Rebecka hazily watched. That was when Rebecka lost it, and her powers came out, resulting in her becoming Angel. All of the men who were in the apartment room were drained of blood and dead by the time that the police arrived.
Rebecka, now only going as Angel, was uncontrollable, draining blood from every person that she could see. She didn't even cover up her tracks, and that was how the Company got her. It was ruled that she was going to be cryogenically frozen in a box full of blood to keep her saditated and unconcious. Her "coffin", as she loves to refer to it as, was placed in Level 5, due to be put in a secret location. Angel managed to escape herself thanks to a "follower" of her, as he called her before she killed him, missing by a narrow margin of minutes the mind controller who set all of the other villains free.
SAMPLE RP
Cale hadn't seen Cardiff in weeks by this point he had been so busy with his work. He had even rarely been in Texas, and that was a surprise to the "hero" who was now walking down the bustling streets of New York City. Cale saw his appearance in store windows as he allowed himself to be pulled by the roadway of people, and was caught unaware of how utterly awful he looked. He had a 3 o'clock shadow, messy hair, bags under his eyes, and a paler appearance then he had had only a few days ago in California. It slightly disturbed the older male, but he didn't say anything out loud about it, the loud sounds around him stifling any other sound then themselves. That didn't keep him from putting a hand to his face, feeling the prickly hairs on his chin squish down when the hand contacted them. Cale removed his hand quickly after that feeling, not wanting to be seen as more of a weirdo then he already did.
He really thought that he looked awful not only because of his facial appearance but because of what he was wearing, which was a wrinkly, white, buttoned-down shirt with a black and brown argyle vest on top of that. Cale wore casual blue jeans, white socks, penny loafers, and a beaten-down brown leather jacket that was his only protection against the cold. "God, if this job didn't pay well..." was Cale's only outside statement as he edged himself out of the wall of people crowding the streets enough to dash across the street. Cale thought he had heard some honking, probably at him, but he really didn't care. What he did care about, though, was getting to the bus station a tad early. The earliness would allow him to gather up what little bit of his sanity remained for his next delivery to another corner of the business.
Cale ran his right hand through his greasy, awful-looking hair as he sat down. He gave a small sigh, cupping his hands under his chin as he looked at the bus sign, hoping that the bus would get here soon. Cale was so absorbed in his thoughts that he really didn't notice anyone around him. He was absorbed into the worry of being late, not surprisingly. Cale got a bit calmer when he realized that if the bus was late, then it wouldn't be his fault it would be the bus' fault.
